🔁 How to Return an Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect in size, or noticeably different from what was shown on the product page, we’ve got you covered.

📋 Return Guidelines
1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
– We’ll provide a prepaid return label
– You can request a refund or exchange, depending on your preference
2. Other Returns or Exchanges
For returns not related to defects (such as size issues or change of mind), you may still return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
However:
– Items must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging, tags, and any accessories
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– You can start your return via our website or email
3. Important Notes:
– Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
– Items without proof of purchase may not be accepted
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Additionally, we’ll email you as soon as the refund is completed.
If the product is defective and outside the 30-day return window, don’t worry—we still offer repair or replacement options. Just reach out and we’ll assist.
❌ Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 3 hours of placing it.
After that, the production process begins and we cannot cancel or modify the order.
⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company – it may take time to officially post
- Reach out to your bank – there may be a delay in processing

🎁 Returning a Gift?
If your item was marked as a gift, we’ll issue store credit for the return value.
However, if it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser, and they’ll be notified of the return.
