Our products are proudly crafted and shipped from the United States, with fulfillment handled Monday through Saturday.
Moreover, to expedite delivery, items may ship separately based on availability or production location.

🛠️ Production Time
We begin processing your order right after it’s placed. However, the time it takes to prepare your items depends on the product type:
- Standard apparel typically ships within 3–5 business days
- Custom designs, such as embroidery, sublimation, or handcrafted items, may require up to 5–10 business days
As a result, you’ll receive high-quality, made-to-order pieces that are worth the wait.
📦 Shipping Time
For U.S. customers:
- Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 4–8 business days
For international customers:
- Standard Shipping: 14–20 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days
Additionally, shipping time may vary slightly due to regional carriers or holidays.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow your package’s journey every step of the way.
In case tracking is unavailable, rest assured we’re still monitoring the status internally.
📦 Multiple Orders and Separate Shipments
Sometimes, customers place more than one order in a day. Please note that these orders cannot be combined and will ship separately.
In addition, products from the same order might also arrive in separate packages if sourced from different facilities.
🏠 Shipping to Multiple Locations
We currently do not offer split deliveries for a single order to multiple addresses.
For this reason, if you wish to ship items to more than one location, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
✏️ Need to Change Your Address?
Changes to your shipping address must be requested within 4 hours of placing your order.
After that time, your order enters production and cannot be edited.
Therefore, we recommend double-checking your address before confirming your purchase.

If you’re ordering from outside the United States, please be aware of the following:
– Import duties, customs taxes, and fees may apply based on your local regulations.
– These fees are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.
– Furthermore, international orders may encounter delays due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
For this reason, we suggest checking with your country’s customs office if you have concerns about additional charges.
