Dizzy Reed the longtime keyboardist for Guns N Roses, is back in the spotlight. He will release his highly anticipated second solo album, Rock ‘N’ Roll Chose Me, on August 22, 2025, through the indie label 50q Records.

Following his 2018 solo debut Rock ‘N Roll Ain’t Easy, Reed’s latest work delivers a powerful, emotionally rich album. In fact, Rock ‘N’ Roll Chose Me offers fans a look inside his life — blending gritty rock with introspective storytelling.
This ten-track album dives into topics such as:

- Navigating a broken world
- Questioning the American Dream
- Finding hope and connection through music

🔧 Who’s Behind the Sound?
Reed co-produced the album with Jason Achilles Mezilis. Notably, Evan Rodaniche handled mixing duties, while Gentry Studer mastered the record.
Meanwhile, lyrics were co-written with Nadja, Del James, and Reed himself. As a result, the songs feel personal, layered, and musically grounded.
🎹 A Rock Legacy That Won’t Quit
Dizzy Reed joined Guns N’ Roses in 1990 during the Use Your Illusion era. Since then, he’s become the band’s longest-standing member aside from Axl Rose. He was also inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with GNR in 2012.
