🎸 SAVATAGE 2025 Touring Lineup

  • Chris Caffery – Guitar
  • Al Pitrelli – Guitar
  • Johnny Lee Middleton – Bass
  • Jeff Plate – Drums
  • Zak Stevens – Lead Vocals
  • Paulo Cuevas and Shawn McNair – Touring Keyboards

The band’s chemistry, honed through decades of collaboration (especially through Trans-Siberian Orchestra), remains tight and electrifying. Caffery described the reunion as “just like we were back home,” emphasizing that despite the decades apart, “it didn’t seem like it was 23 years; it seemed like three.”

🧭 More Than Nostalgia — A New Chapter Ahead

In recent interviews, Caffery revealed that Jon Oliva’s public mention of a possible new album, tentatively titled Curtain Call, is one of the key reasons the band is back on the road. While Oliva has not joined the live shows due to serious health challenges — including multiple sclerosis and a spinal injury — his influence remains central.

“Jon wants to do this music and we’re gonna get it done,” Caffery said. “I kind of hope ‘Curtain Call’ means the curtain going up, not down.”

Oliva continues to inspire from behind the scenes, even contributing a video segment used during the emotional live performance of “Believe.” Caffery adds, “He’s the mountain king, man… and seeing how much people still love SAVATAGE is inspiring him to get stronger.”

🌍 Global Touring and the Road Ahead

The 2025 European Tour follows SAVATAGE’s first non-festival headlining concert in more than 20 years, which took place in São Paulo, Brazil in April. The band also performed at Monsters of Rock and Into the Grave Festival, and their current 10-date European trek signals strong momentum for more shows in North America, Asia, and beyond.

“The plan is to go anywhere that wants to have us,” says Caffery. “If that call comes, I’m packing my bags.”

💬 Final Thoughts

SAVATAGE’s Milan concert is more than just a live show — it’s a resurrection. With powerhouse vocals, soaring guitar solos, and songs that blend heavy metal with symphonic grandeur, this tour reminds fans what made the band iconic in the first place.

Whether you’re a fan since Sirens or discovered them through Trans-Siberian Orchestra, this concert is a must-watch chapter in the band’s legacy.
